This easy-to-use, ergonomic hand piece effectively coagulates oxygenated reddish telangiectasias, as well as deoxygenated bluish venule ectasia and reticular veins up to 4-mm diameter.
The treatment time lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. This varies depending on the number and size of the vessel(s) treated. Although many clients report little or no discomfort, some experience a mild stinging sensation only when the laser pulse begins. A cooling system helps cool the skin and minimize your discomfort. Visible signs of improvement appear after only one visit. However, up to three visits may be required for desired results. Treatments are recommended at 6 to 8 week intervals.
We recommend continuing with your normal activities almost immediately after laser vein removal. However please do not engage in vigorous exercising and avoid hot tubs for at least 24 hours after procedure. Also, avoid direct sun exposure after treatment. If you do go outside, protect the treated area with a minimum SPF 30 sun block. Compression stockings sometimes recommended for a few days to a few weeks.
